Verjuice is the unfermented juice from under ripe grapes. It has a fresh tangy taste and is a refreshing alternative to vinegar and acidic juices used in cooking. Perfect for dressings, tangy sauces and marinades. Verjuice is also great cocktail ingredient for spritzers. Use 2/3 soda water and 1/3 verjuice with a slice of lime for a delicious refreshing drink.
